Stuffed french toast - banana-walnut syrop, orange cream cheese

Waffle - topped with berry compote, whipped cream, served with bacon

Sausage waffle - crisp herbed waffle, sausage gravy and two poached eggs

Mushroom waffle - seared mushrooms, thyme, vermouth cream, crisp herbed waffle, two poached eggs

Short stack pancakes - three buttermilk pancakes, maple syrup, bacon, sausage

 

Steak and Benedicts:

Grilled ribeye* - choice ribeye, two eggs, crisp potatoes, hollandaise sauce

Petite tenderloin medallions* - grilled medallions, two eggs, crisp potatoes, seared spinach

Country ham benedict - country ham, two poached eggs, toasted brioche, chive hollandaise

Tenderloin benedict* - seared beef tenderloin, two poached eggs, hollandaise sauce

 

Eggs:

Omelet - choose any three of the following: arugula, mushrooms, peppers, carmalized onions, red onions, tomatoes, prosciutto, bacon, pork sausage, ham, goat cheese, parmesan, swiss, smoked cheddar, feta, mozzarella

One one breakfast - three eggs any style, bacon, sausage, crisp potatoes, toast

Frittata - carmalized onions, chorizo sausage, roasted peppers
